the flavor was very bland. with only the ranch on the top, it needs something for a kick from the spice department.
Very good, I seasoned the rice mixture a bit, and it was wonderful!
Would have been better if the chicken was just cut up into the rice mixture
I first made this recipe for just my husband and myself and halfed all the ingredients and only used two chicken breasts. I put the extra stuffing around the stuffed chicken in the pan and added about 1 cup of chicken broth. It was perfect! Later I made it for four people and doubled all the ingredients for the stuffing, put the extra around the stuffed chicken in the pan, poured in about 2 cups of chicken broth, and baked it for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. It got rave reviews!
This was a great dinner!!! My family ate the entire thing!!! Only thing I did different, was I used fat free cheese, fat free ranch dressing, and light philly cream cheese. I also put my broccoli in a food processor to make them in tiny pieces. I also put the ranch dressing in with the cheese mix. Then i drizzled a little more on the top of each chicken!!! This was so good!!!!
Excellent meal for the taste and the ease of the preparation! Will make again!
My husband doesn't care for broccoli too much. So instead of a cup of it, I only put in half a cup and half a cup of chopped carrots. My family loved the dish. I will surely make this dish again.
The chicken was hard to roll so instead i made it like a sandwich with the rice in the middle. It was kinda bland but just needed a little salt, over all very delicious
This recipe was delicious. I substituted a Garlic Lemon Herb marinade for the Ranch dressing. My husband doesn't like Ranch dressing so I marinated the chicken before fixing the recipe and just eliminated the dressing.
This was very bland, I don't think I will be making this again.
