Variation - Easy Cheese, Mushroom & Spinach Frittata
Prepare as directed, substituting KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese for the mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cooked sliced mushrooms for the bacon bits and/or 1/2 cup wilted chopped spinach for the basil.
