Chicken was nice and tender, and the spices were just right not too hot, just enough for a kick. thanks my husband loved it.

Fabulous recipe!! My family loved it - even the kids. Because of the stuffing the kids couldn't taste the spinach. I made a few minor changes - instead of peppers, I used a can of Rotel tomatoes, drained. And I marinated the chicken breasts in the dressing for a few hours. Again, the family raved about this and can't wait for me to make it again!!! And I will definately make it again because it was so simple that I kept wondering if I had left something out.

This wasn't very good. The chicken was hard to work with and ended up very dry by the time the stuffing was cooked to the required temperature.

We will be making this again, especially this summer. It was pretty easy to make and can be made ahead of time. This will be a main dish to go along with the crab cake recipe from Kraft Kitchens.

My family really enjoyed this meal. I used cornbread stuffing because that is what I had on hand.
