Needs more seasoning. Next time I plan to salt and pepper meat before rolling with dressing. Be careful and do not directions on stuffing box which is too wet.

So elegant looking. Easier to make than I thought. Watch the quick video, they use a can to pound the chicken which worked great. I made this for guests and was a huge success!

I made this recipe for dinner, it looked and smelled so good I had some for lunch. I will definetly make this again. I told my daugher about it and she is making it tonight. I love all of ou meals and my books, all the children have gone and your books and recipes have started me to cooking again and loving it.

This is a great recipe~it seems like you put tons of time into it when you didn't! I used 1/2 a can of cream of chicken soup instead of cream cheese (since my family doesn't like it), along with rice and a slice of cheese in with the ham slices, and rolled it up. Perfect!

This was a great recipe, very easy and tasty. I used Low-Fat Italian Dressing to cut down on the calories, it still turned out great.

My family devoured this. It was so easy. After stuffing, I rolled it in parmesan, asiago cheeses and crushed ritz crackers mixed together. It was slightly crunchy on the outside and very juicy on the inside.
