This was not too difficult too make. I made this as a "gift" to my sister and her husband after their new baby was born. I had everything ready to go, they just had to bake it. They said it was delicious. One thing though- the stuffing mixture made too much. There was some left over. I gave it to them as a side dish. Since the Stove Top is one package, I don't really see a way to make less.

My boyfriend loved this! He said he would Buy it at a resturaunt and is taking it for Lunch tomorrow! Very moist....with an italian bite!

This is an awesome recipe. It is easy to make and tastes great. My husband, who does not like spinach, ate all the leftovers. I will be making this agian.

Was very good but took a long time to make i could not find the dressing i just used the zesty italian and it worked well

I was a little worried about pounding out chicken, but this recipe was very easy and tasty! It's even better reheated the next day.

the prep time didn't take too long and the chicken was so wonderful the dressing really locks in the flavor I used cornbread stuffing mix and it worked wonderfully. I will definately cook this agian

This recipe was easier to make than I thought it was going to be. It tasted really good & was good to have for lunch the next day. Next time I think Im going prepare everything the night before this way all I have to do is roll em' up. The prep time was a little long.

Pretty good for a healthy meal. I would consider making it again. I couldn't find the Roasted Red Perpper Dressing so I used a different kind and it turned out good. It was fairly easy to make too.
