This was good although i did have the foresight to reduced the red peppers and will reduce it further on next attempt. I did add black beans and cream cheese.

This was delicious!!!! I can't wait to make this recipe again & again. Make sure though that you use CHOPPED spinach or it will not turn out as GOOD!!! My brother thought I bought it at a restaurant!!!!!!!I said No, it's homemade, thank you!!

I loved this. I made it as a alternative to an old favorite where you use the basil diced tomatoes and the stuffing. I will be trying this again.

First, mine didn't look nearly as nice as the picture; rolling chicken is easier said than done. Second, there was a flavor that was off, I don't know what it was. My husband said that he would eat it if I made it again but I don't think I'll make another attempt.

I would not make this again. Really like the ingredients but didn't like them together, it had an odd taste.

the chicken was delicious and juicy! there was more stuffing than would fit in the chicken, so i recommend making less stuffing or using more chicken.

This recipe is becoming a favorite. I didnt have the roasted red pepper dressing and used balsamic vinaigrette instead, it still came out very tasty.

This was delicious, my fiance and I loved it. However, when I make it again, I am going to put more of the cheese inside and more dressing in the skillet for the stuffing.
