Absolutely fabulous, quick fix and healthful, too! Substitute Kraft dressing, chopped roasted peppers and parmesean if you can find dressing in store. Also, spoon about 1 tablespoon of dressing over top instead of just brushing it on! A hit with my whole family!

I forgot to add that I used green peppers instead of red and added mushrooms on top of chicken. The mushrooms gave it a really good flavor

This was delicious and easy to make. My husband & I thought it was one of the best chicken recipes I have ever made. I could not find the salad dressing so I used, Good seasons added parmesan cheese and added some roasted red peppers. I also used Bell’s stuffing mix and added chicken broth instead of water. This is a keeper, even my picky daughter loved it.

I made this recipe for the first time on Valentines day. i treated my children and fiance to a candlelight dinner. Since then, This meal has become a favorite.

This is a wonderful tasting dish and a great way to get your children to eat veggies. I also added feta cheese.

This was awesome!! I used brown rice instead of the stuffing and it was great!
