PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread and ham give this dish great flavor. Plus the cracker coating keeps the chicken breasts perfectly moist.

This was a great meal. I found it a little hard to roll the chicken with the stuffing, but I think with a little more practice I will get better. I also used whole wheat rice. I was yummy.

This was terrific--I just used a little more than the recipe called for and had enough filling for 4 chicken breasts.

I used some leftover wild rice instead and a little more cream cheese spread than the recipe called for. Might add a little garlic next time. Great with a salad.

DELICIOUS! I will be making this often. Great combination of tastes and very filling. Hubby HATE chicken breasts, cream cheese, and spinach...but he LOVED this.

I used regular cream cheese and mixed in onions and chives. I had ham leftover from Easter so I diced that up and threw it in. It was delicious, even my picky boyfriend who is a picky eater loved it!

Didn't use minute rice, but instead used regular rice as a bed for the chicken. Would add more spinach. Didn't chop up spinach, but laid it on the chive/onion spread. Delicious!

My husband brags about how good it tastes and wants me to make it again. It is easy to make and I put in a sprinkle of hot sauce in each one to give it a good flavor and heat.
