This cake is fantastic! I've made it often, people always request it. I have also made the filling and used it as dip for graham cracker sticks and as icing for cupcakes!

I waited until the chocolate on the top hardened, and carved a design in it, making it look like a real OREO. It was a huge hit at a dinner party I brought it to! Delicious and moist.

Excellent to make ahead and refrigerate.

This was definately an appealing looking cake. It is also a cake that tastes better the next day. It is difficult to cut because the chocolate glaze hardens when you put it in the fridge. Overall, it was excellent!

This cake was a winner at my house! The creamy filling was delicious, and the glaze on top of the cake was the best! My son's favorite cookie is Oreo, so this cake was perfect for him. It makes a great presentation. We love cool desserts in the summer. I'll definitely make this again soon!

Pretty good recipe. The chocolate on top is a little much, but the middle filling is delish! For my son's birthday he wanted this cake (again) but wanted a mint variation instead. So I made a basic vanilla frosting, flavored it with mint extract and tinted it green. I also used crushed mint oreos instead of regular ones. WOW! Everyone loved it!
