Followed the recipe. Glaze became hard and made slicing cake nearly impossible. Very disppointed.

Beautiful presentation!!! Visually appealing and delicious looking! Spread the chocolate glaze when it's very warm in order to have the dribbles go over the edge and look more like a ganache and less like an icing.

This is so easy to make and it is delicious. My grandkids request it for their birthday.

This cake is AMAZING! Also try it as a filled cupcake! We made the devils food cupcakes and cored them. Then, filled them with the filling (exactly like the cake) and ice with regular chocolate icing. They don't last long!

Big Hit! I've made this cake twice, to sell at the school concession stand and it sold out both times. Students and parents really enjoyed the cake. One of the students asked if I was gong to make it again.

I made this cake for Christmas and it turned out quite wonderful? Not being a fan of chocolate, I decided to make it again with a few changes.....I used a white cake and substituted the oreo cookies with strawberries, bananas and chopped walnuts.....superb cake that I too will enjoy!

I did this for a girls birthday and it was awsome! It was easier than what I expected. Everyone loved it! Especially the kids! I thought it was going to be too sweet but it was not. The only change I did was the top. Bcz it was for a little girl I made it fun!. This is a keeper. My son wants me to make it for him for his bday in May!
