It looks like a giant oreo. You can't go wrong with oreos.

CUPCAKES TOO!!! The other day I used this family favorite recipe to make cupcakes. I used a serrated knife to cut the cupcakes and an ice cream scoop to place filling between halves. ...just as yummy as the cake version (and with portion control). This recipe makes 24 amazingly delicious cupcakes.

I first made this cake 2yrs ago, big hit here at work. I made it several times since but again over this wknd, I changed it up, I used the green/mint oreos and when I melted the chocolate, I poured some peppermint flavoring. The entire cake was gone in 22 mins! co-workers came for seconds before they finished the 1st slice!

I have made this recipe every year since I first saw it in 2006. My nephew loves oreo cookies so I knew he would love it. He was thrilled to see it when I made it and loved every bite. It is so delicious. Now I make it in a 9x13" pan and slice it in half to put in the filling. It is easier to cut and serve at parties. Such a lovely and delicious desert.
