What You Need

1-1/2

cups instant white rice, uncooked

1-1/2

cups fat-free reduced-sodium chicken broth

1/4

cup MIRACLE WHIP Dressing

Tbsp. chili powder

small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (1 lb.)

tomato, chopped

1/2

cup KRAFT Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Make It

MIX first 4 ingredients in large skillet. Top with chicken.

BRING to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 25 min.

TOP with remaining ingredients. Cook 10 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

My husband and I thought this was ok. It needs a little extra something. I really liked how easy it was. Maybe next time I'll add peppers & onions for extra flavor.

This was wonderful. I substituted a can of tomatoes with green chiles for the tomatoes and added chopped onion and red pepper. I also used sharp cheddar cheese. It was wonderful!!

My husband liked this better than I did, but I still thought it was okay. I think it's missing something though, maybe a little salt or some more chili powder? Next time I will add a little more broth & miracle whip and make extra rice.

This recipe is definitely a keeper! The only thing I changed was I doubled the ingredients and my family loved it.

LOVE IT! Tastes so good and is so easy to make. I always use extra cheese though, just because I like it extra cheesy.

Mmmm, yummy. Easy, fast, cheap, one pan to clean. Just dump it all in and forget about it for 25 minutes. Even the baby (1) ate it. Makes 4 LARGE servings and tastes even better the next day. This is a real winner in my house!
