I made this with light sour cream instead of miracle whip. It was very good.

This skillet was okay. It smelled so good when it was cooking, but I was disappointed in how bland it tasted. Sorry, but I won't be making this one again.

very good... i made it for my fiance and myself... we never have enough time to make dinner , but this one worked.... i think it would also be EVEN better using sour cream instead of miricale whip

I made this recipe for dinner tonight and it was a hit with my toddler and my husband. I used a can of diced tomatoes (partially drained) and it turned out great. I will make it again.

We loved this recipe. I used minute brown rice and increased the stock and time to compensate. We also added olives and chopped scallions to the dish. It was wonderful.

My husband & I loved it. We love how the chili powder flavors the rice. It is very good & will continue to make it.

Very good. My husband likes it and my picky-eater kids, who eat it with corn chips.

The rice absorbs the flavor wonderfully. Easy to make. Not a favorite, but it was good.

First time making this recipe this week. Our rice looked like it was oging to dry out, so we supplemented with extra chicken broth as it cooked (ended up using approx. double what the recipe called for). Rice turned out very moist and creamy. Also, we were out of chili powder (oops) but sub'd a mix of oregano, lemon herb, and cajun seasoning--yum.

This is a hit! And fast! I make this in a 12 in skillet with 6-8 chicken breasts. This allows enough to feed a 16 yr old boy, mom and dad and maybe have leftovers! Acorn squash was a great side this dinner.
