This was a very tasty recipe! I used chicken strips and fat free mayo and it turned out very nice. I will make this again!

Delicious! Would be easy to double for company as it's all in one dish with no last minute details. Did reduce the amount of chili powder called for. Added a little onion, garlic and parsley for extra flavor and color.

We have two small children and only put in 1/2 the chili powder & it was still good - very easy to make & I like the one pan clean up

I think you could add a little lime juice and it would taste exactly like the Fiesta Lime Chicken at Applebees.

Very good, I substitued a can of Rotel, (drained), for the chopped tomato, added a bag of frozen broccoli, and some seasoned pepper. It was fabulous!!! Also very spicy!!
