I substituted mushrooms (fresh or canned) and/or black olives for the tomates (not a family favorite) and it was still great!

Pretty good!!! It does seem to take a little longer for the beans to cook; but still makes a wonderful side dish. This one served almost weekly. A true family favorite.

I made this last night and it was great. The only thing is is that it took a lot longer than 7 minutes to cook the green beans. It was about 20 minutes or so until the beans got tender. Other than that it was great and I'll make it again!

I made this with stewed tomatoes (so I could remove the "evidence) & it was very well-received...I've never see them eat vegetables at such a rate!

I love this alternative for greenbeans. I made this recipe twice and my husband loves it. I used more dressing and cooked the beans longer for a more softer green bean.

I made this recipe for my moms Avon party. I added one can of diced tomatos and one can of diced tomatos with chiles, It was a hit. The spiceyness of the chiles and the flavor of Italian dressing were a nice combination. Will definetly make again.
