I made this recipe on the spur of the moment tonight after seeing it on the website. I used canned green beans because I didn't have time to go to the store to buy fresh ones. My family LOVED this! My husband & 12 year old son went back for more-- 3 times! I'll definitely be keeping & sharing this recipe. Thanks.

I used canned green beans at the last minute instead of fresh, but it was still delicious! What a great and easy recipe!

I made these for Christmas dinner, instead of green bean casserole(again!). I was a little apprehensive about using fresh beans and the crispy texture - but everyone raved about them. The bad thing - they were all eaten in one sitting! My mom liked them so much, she went and bought stuff for me to make more for dinner tonight! They made a nice change and were still relatively healthy and low carb.

This is a very refreshing recipe. I used frozen green beans and roasted red pepper Italian dressing with parmesan and it was very good. It was a hit with my 16 month old. I served it with the marvelous mini meatloaves recipe from this site and rice.
