This was good, but next time I will wait until the end of cooking time to add the stuffing. Since the stuffing is already cooked ahead of time, I thought it got a bit crunchy after being baked another 25 minutes in the oven. The flavor was good though and it is very easy to make.

We really enjoyed this dish. The recipe is really simple and takes the pain out of preparing chicken cordon bleu traditionally. I recommend serving it with a side of asparagus.

I might switch out the stuffing for regular ol breadcrumbs because while it made it very feeling, I feel like it took away from the cordon blue flabor

VERY GOOD!! I have a family of extremely picky eaters. Even my 18 month old devoured his food!! Very easy to prepare, I would maybe add a little more mustard for more of a tangy punch.
