I love Chicken Cordon Blue but it is so time consuming and involved to make. This recipe give that traditional taste without the work and time! Delicious!

when i told my "southern" family the name of the dish that i was preparing, they had all these ??!!?? marks above their heads! when they tasted it though they loved it! we shall have it again!!

I made this for Easter dinner. It was easy, delicious and wasn't as daunting for me like a big chicken or ham. I didn't have a very large group of people over, so this was perfect and they loved how different it was from the usual holiday meal.
