Easy Chicken Cordon Bleu

LOVED IT! Delicious & Fast! This is a perfect recipe for using "on-hand" ingredients. This was super simple to make, and my husband loved it. Because it seemed so easy, and used typical ingredients found in many other recipes, I thought it might be "same old, same old"... but the Dijon Mustard combined with melted Swiss Cheese gives it a little twist, and a surprise for the taste buds! This is definitely getting added to our "Go-To" dinner line-up!

BEST EVER!! I goofed up and got smoked turkey instead of ham and i hate swiss so i used a nice white cheddar and WOW!! EXCELLENT!!! You can mix and match this dish and no matter what it would still be good and you can always tailer it to someones needs. THANKS!!! can't wait to make it again!

I didn't have the mustard so I didn't use it and I think it could use a little more cheese.

Was okay, though I would try half the mustard...usually it doesn't bother me, but it was all I could taste. Would also try to add more cheese...is there ever enough cheese?!

I think that I like the way I prepared Chicken Cordon Bleu before I received this recipe. It is just as simple to make and taste better.

We loved this recipe. It was so easy to make and didn't take much time. A great idea for a mid-week dinner. You can serve it with a salad and vegetables and you've got a well-balanced meal.

We really liked this one. It was easy and tasty. When I make it again, I plan to pound the chicken breasts thinner - so that a serving isn't so tall (with all of the toppings.) Additional seasonings sprinkled on the chicken might be beneficial as well, such as cracked pepper and/or a sprinkling of basil or rosemary.
