LOVED IT! Delicious & Fast! This is a perfect recipe for using "on-hand" ingredients. This was super simple to make, and my husband loved it. Because it seemed so easy, and used typical ingredients found in many other recipes, I thought it might be "same old, same old"... but the Dijon Mustard combined with melted Swiss Cheese gives it a little twist, and a surprise for the taste buds! This is definitely getting added to our "Go-To" dinner line-up!
