This was very tasty. I will probably add the nuts to the finished product since my daughter didn't care for the nuts.

This dessert is good and not as sweet as it looks. I used lite sour cream for less calories and fat and fat free coolwhip.

My husband and I enjoyed. Will try next time with ice-cream.

I would leave out the peanuts - perhaps substituting hazelnuts on occasion or pecans. We do a lot of camping, and I try not to do the obligatory hotdog/hamburger thing. With the addition of a store bought pound cake for underneath the bananas the extra sauce is accounted for and makes a decadent looking dessert, especailly for camping and potlucking with friends on the campout. Another nice touch would be to pour a wee bit of Fra Angelica [Hazelnut liqueur] on it just before serving and flame it. Makes a wonderful presentation.

I would serve with vanilla ice cream, thought the dish was good it did make a lot of extra sauce but everything was gobbled up. I used pecans instead of peanuts.

I was not crazy about this dish at all. The Semi-Sweet Chocolate was not sweet enough for this recipe. I think it would be better over vanilla ice cream but I don't think I'll find out.
