No-Cream Creamy Broccoli Soup recipe

There’s more to this better-for-you soup than the name suggests. Like four flavorful veggies, rice and savory grated Parm. A warm, smooth, satisfying bowl of goodness.

I used quick brown rice and nonfat milk to make this a totally weight watchers recipe. We added the cheese to each individual bowl. Everyone loved the recipe and I will make it again!

This recipe was good, but I did make some changes. I didn't have any chicken broth so I used beef broth. I also didn't have any onions so I used some garlic powder. I also did put it in a blender or food processor. I also added some potatoes and the soup was quite good.

This soup was great, needed a little salt but I would definately make it again. Add a low cal grilled cheese made with cooking spray and wheat bread for a supper that will fill you up and warm you up on a cool winter evening.

My first puree, not nearly as scary to make as soup can seem! I added chili powder and larger-grained ground pepper. Delish, soul-warming, great winter food.

consistency was great, but no spices! so we added curry powder, cumin and a little salt. Also used Minute rice brown rice. tastes healthy! did not use cheese

I loved the consistency of this soup. Very easy to make. Flavor was a little bland. Add spices like garlic, black/red pepper, and/or italian seasonings.

I liked this recipe, but didn't add the rice and it still cooked up quite nice. I also found it a bit bland and next time will add more spices like garlic and tyme.

this recipie is sooo good and for a better variation INSTEAD OF MILK Add 1 cup of cauliflower and about a cup of chicken broth or vegetable broth the cauliflower makes it just as creamy! add a little tabasco when you serve it for some kick. YUMMM!!! Great Recipe!
