I thought it was simple to make and the flavor was wonderful!!!! I think the parmesan cheese gave it a little kick, too! I give it four stars!!!!!!

I love this soup! I have made changes, however, such as adding cauliflower and some shredded cheese. I steam all the veggies and puree the carrots & rice, leaving bigger chunks of broccoli & cauliflower.

I added a little sea salt, and next time I'll add some garlic, but I thought it was a nice light cream soup, and it is packed with veggies!

So good! - I added a clove of garlic to the hot oil, used brown rice instead of white and added a cup of diced cooked chicken before I blended it.

I have made this recipe a few times and I LOVE it. It's a great way to get in your veggies and it's a light version soup to satisfy your "creamy" cravings.

I thought this was a good alternative to cream. It turned out very creamy and was very filling. I served it in bread bowls...mmmm!

I love it, my husband loves it. This soup is light and makes a great lunch beside a small sandwish or any kind of salad. I add a little bit salt and 1 Tbs of sour cream, MMMMM... Thank you Kraftfoods
