We added a little garlic powder to spice it up alittle. Very easy! Tasted great!

I haven't made this recipe yet, but will probably try it. I will make one change however. I'm surprised that white rice has been used. It is much more healthy using brown rice, as I will.

A lovely and versatile recipe. I used 99% fat free chicken broth for a lighter alternative to the usual side dishes. I may also try it with beef broth for other dishes. Use different veggies and spices and make it your own unique dish for any meal. I'm making it again tonight!

This seemed bland to me. I even added a good sprinkling of garlic while it was cooking. Maybe it cooked too long (I didn't have minute rice so I let it simmer with long grain rice for 20 minutes), or maybe it was because I didn't have red peppers. I can't be sure so I won't plan on making it again.

We loved this tasty and healthy side dish. I substituted the frozen mixed vegetables for easier preperation. It was delicious!

Made this for dinner tonight with the Citrus Crunch Chicken. I couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was. My husband was also impressed. The rice was light and tasty. Next time I'll add shrimp and it can stand alone as a main dish instead of a side.

I've been looking for a good rice pilaf recipe for a long time. This one is very good and healthy. Will be a wonderful side dish with fish and chicken.

My family really liked it, but of course my husband said, "Where's the meat?" So, next time I'll be adding either chicken or beef slices.. mmmmmm great recipe and very very easy to make!

I replaced the rice with cooked orzo and the peas with frozen soybeans (thawed). Cut the chicken stock in half.
