i would stuff the manicotti using my fingers instead of the re-sealable bag.

This is awesome and so easy to make. My entire family loved it, and the leftovers were even better.

Very easy and delicious...great for leftovers! I added extra garlic because my family likes their garlic. I used small curd cottage cheese instead of ricotta and it was good but I think I'll try ricotta next time. I highly recommend!

OMG! This recipe is quick, easy and delicious. I had enough stuffing for 10 manicotti shells and used a spoon to stuff. I made sure not to cook the noodles too long, as advised by other raters - and I didn't have any problems. My *very picky* 9-year old daughter went back for thirds! I thought we would have enough for leftovers, but this dish didn't make it through the night - everyone loved it! I will definitely make this one again and again.

Very easy, though a learning process if you've never worked with manicotti shells :)

I enjoyed making this a lot. It was delicious. Also it was quick and easy. There wasn't enough cheese though to fill all the manicotti shells though. And it was kind of hard to get the filling in the shells even with the zip lock homemade manicotti stuffer. Overall this recipe is really good and I recommend it to anyone who likes cheese. Another thing is that my grocery store doesn't carry basil pesto so I used sun dried tomato pesto and added a little basil. This was really good. All in all I will definitely make this again! :-)

This recipe is simple yet messy but overall easy and quick to prep which is important to me. Firstly, the grocery store we go to discontinued all manicotti shells, so we used jumbo shells instead. Secondly, I had a lot of cheese filling left over because I couldn't fit all of the shells in the baking dish and doubled the dosage--it was a little too cheesy but that was my fault. It was still delicious and although I might not make it often because of its richness, I will make it again.
