The recipe was really easy. The first time I did it the Manicotti split when I put the in boiling water. I left them for to long. So the second time I left it for 4 minutes. The zip lock work great. After it's done I put more tomato sauce because it seems dry even though I put a whole bottle of sauce.

I thought it was kinda bland, but my very picky man LOVED it. I used halved lasagne strips--rolled it up around the cheese----SUPER easy that way!!! and I only cooked the pasta halfway, too, after reading all the comments!!!! Maybe they should add that step to recipe-"Only cook pasta til HALFWAY DONE" so it doesn't rip all up.

This is a great recipe. I added more ricotta and put pesto in it, and now it's a family fav. My husband couldn't get enough of it.

I used chopped spinach instead of pesto and it was delicious

This recipe was sooo good. My boyfriend and I loved it. I left out the pesto and added frozen spinach and chopped red pepper. Delicious! Will definitely make this again.

This was the first time I had made manicotti from scratch. The recipe was very simple and easy to follow. My husband loved it. And there were plenty of leftovers!

This was so easy and sooo good. It smells GREAT while cooking. My whole family had seconds. I just don't see how anyone could fit 12 shells into a 13x9 pan. I could only get 9 BUT IT WAS AWESOME!!!
