This dish tastes fantastic! And it is so much easier than I ever thought making something like manicotti would be!

This was wonderful! I don't think I could think of one thing to change. Pesto was a suprisingly wonderful addition. I'll make this again and again.

These were delicious, and the ziploc bag made these very easy!

Great recipe! Will make again. I would suggest adding more sauce to the dish.

This was so good. I layered it with my homemade pesto and my family loved it. The boys didn't know we were using stuff from our garden and I was thrilled with the results. The only thing I need help with is making the Manicotti so it doesn't split on the side. I also did this in a lasagna version as well and it went over great with my family too.

This is great, but not as good with the low fat ricotta cheese. Also, I do not cook the manicotti. Instead I add 1 1/2 cups water to a jar of spaghetti sauce and cover the manicotti with it before baking. I also increase the cook time to 1 hour to ensure the noodles are completely done. This is great because the kids get to help too!

this was really tasty, and simple...i used a "frosting bag" to fill the shells--worked well...the pesto gives this a great, colorful flavor (and i'm not a big pesto fan)!

While filling them was a bit tricky (and definitely not picture worthy), eating them was quite wonderful. The ziplock bag method did not work well for me as all I did was tear the noodles open.
