My husband and I started to cook together, and this recipe was fun to make! It is very delicious, and the second time we made it, we added mushrooms to the sauce on top of the manicotti! Very Good!!

I just made this recipe tonight and my 3 teenagers loved it! 2nd helpings all around! I can't remember the last time I made a new recipe and the kids raved about it! It's a great hit for the family! Enjoy! Very easy recipe too!

Recipe was super easy & tasted great. I did add more sauce under the pasta and on top, also added the remaining shredded mozzeralla on top. I've never before used a freezer bag as a pastry bag to fill the manicotti before and this was a breeze. No more wasted cheese mixture all over your knuckles! Served these w/ homemade italian meatballs and the meal was a hit.
