Make sure to tenderize your meat first, baking for very long dries out your pork quickly!!

I made this recipe after my husband saw it in the magazine and asked for it. We skipped the Arugula since the kids woulden't eat it but we loved the zesty crunchy chops.

Wow!! So good! Made this for a dinner party along with the manicotti and cheesy bread from the Winter magazine and it was all such a hit! I skipped the arugula because I served other veggies and used regular shake n bake for pork and just added my own Italian seasonings. This is THE way to eat pork chops!

I just received my new Winter recipe booklet with all the great recipes....I saw this recipe in there and it was a real pleaser, I was looking for something different for pork chops and I made these for my sons birthday dinner, what a hit. Definitely will make them again.....

This was a very good recipe. Finding the Agrula was not easy to find. My local grocery carried it, but it was expensive. Over all the recipe was easy to follow and all my guest enjoyed it. I would definitely make this again.

i really enjoyed this recipe it was very tender my kids loved it it worked very well using bread crumbs i did add a couple things garlic powder extra onions i will be making it again very soon

My family loved this receipe! I have also made it using bonelesss chicken unstead of pork, cut it up and put it on top of a toss salad and got wonderful reviews!!! Thanks :)
