I made just the pork and the taste was great. It was very tender. It was a bit messy to make with the shake and bake though, but worth it.

I skipped the argula, lemon, tomato, onion side and just made the pork. My kids (2 & 4), husband and I loved it! Also, it was quick with few ingredients - yes!

This was very good, the pork chops were very juicy and the outside was crispy! Would definitely make again!

Excellent. My husband would eat this everyday. It was a great way to get him to eat salad.

Very tender and easy. I used boneless chops.

It was fast and easy. Used center cut bone-in chops, did not flatten. These turned out good. Everyone in the family was pleased. Will definitely make these again.

I think the shake and bake seasoning was to spicy, but the pork cooked up moist. I will probibly try using some other type of coating mix on this dish.

My husband and I enjoyed this dish for a change of pace. Next time, I will not pound the chops so thin. I served them ove lettuce rather than argula and it tasted fine.
