Warm Winter Lemon Cake

Warm Winter Lemon Cake recipe
Gently falling snow, good. Unrelenting icy rain, not so much. Tame winter with a forkful of lemony sunshine in a warm, moist pudding cake with a citrus tang.

I thought it was delicious! I did it exactly like the recipe the first time, but the second time I used a lemon cake mix instead and it was even better. Thanks Kraftfoods!

This was an excellant dessert. I used Sugar Free Fat Free Pudding, added juice of one Lemon & grated peel of one lemon. We love lemon!! I made the cake the day before serving & refridgerated till next day. Cut squares & topped w/Cool Whip. WOW This is a keeper...Great hit & wonderful dessert. May try it w/choc. for my grandchildren. Thank you for all these great recipes. Nana

Cake definitely tastes better when cold. I made this for an office potluck, but didn't get any compliments :-( Not sure if people enjoyed it or not. Overall, not a bad cake, but I am not sure that I would make it again.

Rave reviews. I've made it many times with different combinations of flavors. Chocolate cake with banana pudding was delicious. A friend said it was the best cake she'd ever eaten. It's great cold too.

we made this with a jiffy cake mix and 1 package of pudding, cut rest of ingredients in half in a 6 by 10 glass dish. enough for the three of us to have dessert two nights plus a little to give away to friends; almost better the second night from the fridge. (with cool whip!)

Moist cake with lot of lemon flavor. However, I think it should be eaten while it is warm. It is not very good as leftovers.
