I have made this several times and we love it! I add a little lemon juice to the pudding mix to give it more flavor. This is a great comfort food for the winter.

I made this cake weight watcher friendly with a few changes. First I mixed the cake mix with 1 can of diet squirt (or any lemon lime) soda. I eliminate the eggs and oil this way. Then I used sugar free fat free lemon pudding. It was a hit at work - I left with an empty pan. I also added some lemon juice to the pudding mix, as I like a stronger lemon flavor. I am excited to experiment with other pudding flavors.

We just loved this cake. I have actually halfed it using a 1 layer cake mix. I have also used different flavors of cake mix and pudding.

I have made this several times and is ALWAYS a hit. I never have leftovers. Great when you want a warm dessert on a chilly night.

My family couldn't get enough of this cake! It was so easy so I was surprised it was so good! It oozed out a bit during the baking but it made no difference. I'll be making this one again.

Too bland. I made it exactly like the directions and it looked just like the pix. It was too sweet for our taste and too bland.

I really enjoyed this cake! Delicious flavor and great texture with the pudding. My boyfriend loves lemon, so he was impressed.

It was okay but not an exciting dessert. It had a very mild lemon flavor.
