Gently falling snow, good. Unrelenting icy rain, not so much. Tame winter with a forkful of lemony sunshine in a warm, moist pudding cake with a citrus tang.

I must have done something wrong when making this recipe. I followed the directions and did not make any modifications (big change for me, as I usually change something) and was somewhat disappointed with how this turned out. Not the taste, as it is excellent, but it's not a dish that presents well - very messy.

This is one of my families favorites. Also an easy to make and take to church suppers, as a guest etc. Looks quite elegant, taste great. A sure crowd pleaser!

I think I put too much pudding in the middle because it created an ocean of pudding in the middle. But, I mixed it all together then broiled the top for a few minutes to caramelize it. It was delicious!!!

This cake is a crowd pleaser. It tastes so good on a cold day. The lemon flavor is not overpowering. Will make again and again!!!

This is absolutely the best cake I have ever had. I will definitely try with other flavors. It was a little messy but the taste was totally worth it.

I made this "chocolate style" and it came out great! After reading some reviews I was concerned about the final product being sloppy. I cooked mine for 1hr and it was perfectly fine. I think what takes the cake is how think you get the pudding. I used my mixer on high for 3 minutes for a think consistency. Will make again - will try different flavors!
