I had once had a taco salad in a tortilla bowl in a restaurant. When I saw this recipe I was excited to re-create the edible bowl. It was simple to follow, tasty and very filling.

This was a great recipe! My family loved it, when I am in a time crunch I just use the premaid Taco seasoning and it tastes delicious!

I used butter on the tortillas instead of cooking spray...my oven didn't like it! I saved the tortillas just in time though :) Very tastey and easy to make. Will make again :) Used sour cream instead of ranch though.

I have children who are picky eaters. They loved this meal and begged me to make it again. This is truly going into my do again file. It was easy and the kids loved making their own salad shells.

Very easy to make and oh so tasty. Olives, jalepenos, green chiles, etc would be great add ons.

This recipe was sooo easy and great!! I actually added corn instead of the kidney beans. My husband loved it! I will definitely make it again.
