This recipe was sooo easy and great!! I actually added corn instead of the kidney beans. My husband loved it! I will definitely make it again.

So great! What a great idea to use tortilla shells in the oven to make a taco salad bowl. Very easy. I took leftovers to work after I made it. Everyone was wanting the recipe.

I loved how the shell came out in the oven it was much better than deep frying. This was a fun recipe to make for Cinco de Mayo.

Wow.. what a fantastic recipe! I made it without the beans, and it's still very delicious. The dressing is very good, and much healthier than the sour cream or guacamole that they give you at the restaurants. I will definitely make this again and again.

This is one of my husband's favorite meals. We change it up a bit however, and use refried beans with the ground beef and top it with lettuce, cheese, avacado, onions, tomatoes, salsa and sour cream. It's great!
