Loved it. So tasty and easy to make. I added more chilli powder than the recipie said, to give it more flavor. I also served it with sour cream instead of ranch, and my family loved it. Will definately be making this AGAIN!!!

This recipe is so easy to make and yet looks spectacular. Baking the tortillas on the foil is sheer genius and looks just like they were deep fried. I added some sliced jalapenos to the meat and salsa mix as well as drizzling with taco sauce and a dollop of sour cream. Just like eating out.

This was a wonderful meal. My kids enjoyed it (and ate all that they could!) and my body was happy with the inclusion of kidney beans and a cup of salad greens (of course, I used spinach for the iron). There were, the highest privelege given only on very rare occasions, no leftovers after serving this meal! An all around yummy tummy filler. And simple to make too! I accidently used the wrong size tortilla shells, but they still tasted great!

Very good! The flour tortilla and the ranch dressing gave this a twist on the original taco salad. It was also fun to make these shells. Always see "bowl" like this at restaurants, now we can make at home.

I had troubles shaping the shell. I also wish that the meat had more flavor.

I mainly tried this recipe for the taco shell. I tried making it with small tortilla wraps. I think it will work better with the larger tortilla wraps. My husband just liked the shells. But I have to small children, so I have to be carefull of what i put in the mix. I do plan to try it again!!!
