So easy and so yummy! I love that I could make my own taco shell bowls. The bowls added a great flavor too.

I used 7% ground turkey instead of beef. I made some fresh pico de gallo to put on top of it instead of the dressing. This was very good. I also made it into mini taco salads for company by using a muffin tin and cutting the tortillas out to shape them. It worked great!

I have been making taco salad very similar to this for a number of years using baked 96% FF tortilla shells. Everyone loves them. I also cut tortilla shells into chips and bake them to serve with salsa. Great snack-more chips for fewer calories, salt, and fat!

Good recipe, used taco seasoning instead of chili powder. Instead of wasting all that foil, I use the 6 oz. pyrex dishes. They come in sets of four. Turn one upside down an drape a tortilla over the bowl. No wasted foil!

Made these tonight for dinner. Hubby loved them! We used sour cream instead of the ranch dressing. What an easy dinner!

Baking the shells was a brilliant idea, why didn't I think of it? Our entire family loves this salad!

It was just ok. Using a taco seasoning would taste better and cheaper than using the salsa/chili powder. I like the texture of the baked tortillas but next time wouldn't waste using the foil. I didn't feel the drizzle of ranch added anything.

My husband & I thought this was easy & delicious! I'm not a huge fan of beans, but this is a great way to include them in a meal1
