Excellent-very tasty and has nice presentation. Use taco seasoning in the meat.

This was a great dinner. The "bowl" was very good and so easy to make. Will definitely add to my rotation.

I used this recipe as a starting point. This recipe can be customized according to anyone's taste, which is what's great about it.I didn't have any cooking spray, so I brushed the tortilla with some vegetable oil instead and it was perfect. I sub'd with black beans and added a small can of jalepenos chopped up for some heat, along with the liquid from the can. In addition, cumin, fresh cilantro and a squeeze of lime provided extra flavor as well. I doubled the amount of meat, so I have some left over to make some wraps for lunch the next day. Your imagination is the only limit.

this took no time to make and the shells made just the right serving size, the only thing was the meat was kind of bland, next time i think i will try it with taco seasoning, other than that it was really good.

My husband and I loooove this recipe! We make it at least once every two weeks! If you are not big beef eaters like us you can always substitute ground turkey for the beef. Still makes it delicious

Yummy! It was easy and very good! I used fresh salsa and didn't add the beans. Would make again.
