I made this recipe for my family recently. They loved it. Very easy to make. I added cream to the sauce, it really perked up the flavor. Great recipe for using leftover ham.

It was delicious!! I didn't have any tomates, but it was still wonderful. It did not make enough sauce, so the next time, I will double the sauce recipe. I served it over penne pasta.

I made this for my family and they really liked it. I substituted frozen, cooked shrimp (as I had a box left over from the holidays) and it was very good. The only down side is it isn't as creamy as restaurant types. But think of the calories you're saving.

Quick, simple and very delish. I added fresh mushrooms and topped it with fetta cheese. Nice addition to flavors.

My husband and I HATED this recipe. We took one bite and threw the rest away. The sauce was tangy and did not taste anything like carbonara. I will not make this recipe ever again.

I love alfredo and was looking for a healthier alternative. This recipe was delicous, even my picky son loved it! I will be making this from now on!

This came out a little on the tangy side, I think because I didn't have enough cream cheese. It was quik and easy to make & had a lot of flavors...smokey and creamy.

I was suprised how easy it was to make, and it didn't taste that far off the carbonera that's loaded with fat. I will make it again.

Great way to use leftover ham, and not loaded with fat the way regular fettuccini is.
