We really enjoyed this, and it was very easy to make. I might use less peas next time. It was great with ham, but would be good with chicken as well. This one's a keeper.

I thought the recipe made a sauce that was a little bland. So I added another 1/4 cup fat free cream cheese & I also used bacon instead of ham.

Used fat free cream cheese and milk, eliminated the ham and peas to just make mock alfredo. It was AWESOME. Served over low-carb pasta and stayed on my low-fat diet while satifying my alfredo craving! A great recipe.

This was SO good and had a lot of flavor. I would use pea pods next time because they are more substantial. I would also add a little more milk. The sauce got thick very quickly. Excellent flavor combination...very refreshing. Even my sister who doesn't like peas liked it!

I did not make any modifications to this and it was very bland...it was filling but I wouldn't make it again.

Really tasty! A great way to use leftover ham from Easter. My husband was really unsure about the concept of this, but he really loved it too. A modification would be to add breaded chicken breasts for a sort of chicken cordon bleu pasta. (FYI - I used italian dressing because I didn't have any caesar, and that worked great.)

I used whole wheat pasta and chicken instead of the ham. It turned out very dry and the flavor wasn't all that great.

This was sooo good. My whole family really enjoyed this meal. My five year old asked me to make it again, and she does not like peas! It is so good I even found myself craving! I will keep making this one!

I loved this recipe so much, I made it two nights in a row. My kids loved it too. This recipe's a keeper.
