This recipe was awesome!! It was a great twist to my usual fettuccine. My family loved it and they beg me to make it again and again! The only thing that I change was that I used grilled chicken insted of ham.

My sister and I substituted frozen chicken strips for the ham, and it came out great! We loved the meal and it tastes just like regular fettuccine even though it's healthier!

I used chive and onion cream cheese. Probably changed the flavor of the sauce a little, but thought it was fantastic.

Very easy to make and my husband really likes this. I like to serve pasta on top of fresh spinach leaves - makes a great, light summer meal. I have also substitued crumbled bacon and turkey sausage for the ham and both were very nice.

This dish was super easy to make and looked wonderful. However, none of us liked it. Ah well, another Carbonara sauce that I just can't seem to make. But I'll keep trying.

This was a GREAT recipe for a mom with very little time to cook. It was easy to make and tasted great and to top it all off it was much healthier than using canned alfredo sauce.

I wasn't crazy about it, but my husband liked it. Good for a "cover all food groups" kind of dish.
