What's supposed to be "healthy" about the corn syrup and partially hydrogenated stuff in the Cool Whip? Also, I'm sure that the store bought cake is loaded with processed flour, sugar and other stuff. I'll stick with the berries and my home made, low sugar, vegan chocolate cake with half whole wheat flour.

I have made this dessert several times, and it is excellent! My husband, who is diabetic, really likes it. Also, it is very low in fat.

This was a dessert my mother-in-law use to make but she would place it in a spring pan and freeze - slice to serve with more fruit on top - It is so good - everyone always loved it - Thanks for reminding me -

I've been making a very similar version of this for many years, with the sugar free pudding, and sugar-free angel food cake. We've tried about every different type of sugar-free pudding Jell-O makes. Our family favorite (and with our friends) is the White Chocolate. It's great!

This recipe was refreshing and delicious! I used a sugar free angel food cake which even made it have less calories. Loved it! Stephanie
