I make this dessert several times a year -- it's always a request by my co-workers for work functions. I try to use fresh berries anytime they are in season. The sugar free options work quite well in this recipe since the angel food cake and berries are sweet on their own!

This is a summer staple in my house. I have been making it for YEARS! The whole family loves it, and it makes a lot. I use all fresh & organic fruit though. The family usually fights over the leftovers to take home.

I made with just strawberries and loved it!

The presentation of this dish was beautiful! It was quite refreshing on a hot day. I used chocolate angel food cake and chocolate pudding instead of the vanilla.

This is a family favorite and it is so much better than most desserts. It is easy to make, has small amounts of sugar, and everyone begs me for the recipe!!

Delicious - not as good the next day. I doubled the angel food cake and I liked the texture it gave it. Also, it was kind of a lot of work... but it looked fancy!

I was rushed and did not allow my frozen fruit to thaw out completely. It made the dessert watery, so I added some extra angel food cake to absorb it. Will make again, grandparents really enjoyed it.

I substituted sugar free Angel food cake for the regular cake and 4 pints mixed fresh berries (strawberry, blueberry, raspberry, blackberry) for the frozen berries and made this into a sugar-free dessert. I took it to a church luncheon and got rave reviews.
