Packeting each chicken dinner into the foil did take some time but the flavor was awesome!! I also had a packet for lunch the next day and it tasted even better! Very good and worth the effort. Thanks again Kraft!

This recipe as many have already said is a little bland. It needs a little spicing up with some salt and pepper to the chicken. The rice came out very dry and the chicken took 50 minutes to cook, not 25-30 as the recipe indicated (at that time the chicken was raw inside). I might try this again, but I think I'll make it in just a pan and not in the foil and I will try working with some different spices to add more flavor.

Overall, it was pretty good - and I couldn't eat the whole thing! Well worth a try! If you don't have much time - I used the frozen broccoli florets thawed instead of the fresh broccoli, and I also used chicken tenders strips, about 4-5 strips for each foil pack. I would try a little Ms. Dash seasonings to spice it up some more. Maybe change the dressing from Ranch to something else. It all depends on how spicy you like your food.

The second time I made this I put it all in a baking dish instead of the foil packs and then mixed more dressing into the rice after it was all cooked. The rice was too bland without the extra dressing.

easy easy and good to make if you need to put in a few substitutions. i did italian instead of ranch as my husband doesnt like ranch, and sprinkled the chicken with some cumin and oregano, salt and pepper as well. will definitely make again.

If you add just a smidge more chili powder, it is flavorful, filling and delicious. Kids love it, too.
