This is the only Kraft recipe that I have ever made that has not turned out. I don't know if I did something wrong but the chicken was completely raw even though I cooked it longer than described in the directions.
Super easy and delicious! I don't care for ranch so I substituted BBQ sauce and it was so yummy, will definitely be making this again.
My fiance couldn't get enough, and my 11 yr old stepson liked it too! Delicious~!
Very good even my picky 7 year old ate his whole pack!!!! Super quick and easy to make. The chicken was so tender. I did season the chicken as I put it in the pack and instead of soaking the rice in water I soaked it in chicken stock, which is the way I always make my brown rice to give it more flavor. I will definitely be making this again!!!!
This meal had absolutely no flavor! I gave it 2 stars only because the chicken was very tender. Will not be making this again.
Trying to live healthy is my main concern and this recipe made me feel like I was having a mexican dish from a local restaurant. I loved it as did my ten year old son.
Needed more flavor. I"ll probably season the chicken with salt and pepper next time and see if that helps.
I used corn instead, but it was really good and a hit with the kids! Just make sure you use big enough pieces of foil so the cheese doesnt melt onto the foil. I used too small of a piece and it was a tight fit!
Very good, will make again. I used whole grain brown rice that takes 90 seconds in microwave, used chicken strips added my veggie mixture topped with cheese and baked thirty minutes and all was just as I anticipated. My husband added a little Worcestershire sauce and I topped mine with salsa. Very good!
Yummy and easy to make - even my picky eaters like this one. The chicken comes out juicy and the rice and fixings are great!
