I started a new diet and the hardest thing for me is making dinner for the whole family. They don't really like "diet" dinners. But the family really enoyed this dinner and didn't even realize it was a "diet" dinner. I will deffinetely make this recipe again.

This was nummy. There are postings about how the chicken or rice or veggies were bland. There is enouch dressing, chili powder, and cheese to add some flavor to the dish, but the meal is one where you are supposed to be able to taste rice, chicken, and veggies, NOT ranch dressing and cheese--that's why it's one of Kraft's healthy recipes! I thought it was very good. The foil packets were great for keeping the chicken moist and steaming the veggies, and they also made it easy to clean up pans and plates because all you had to do was throw away the foil. These packets make great leftovers, too.

Good flavor. I didn't measure the chili powder, just sprinkled sparingly over the chicken. I used (partially thawed) frozen green beans instead of broccoli. I let it cook for around 40 minutes just to be sure it was done, and it was perfect. The amount of rice in each packet was way too much for everyone except my husband. Next time I will make packets with 1/2 as much rice for the rest of us.

I made this last night for dinner and it was really easy and the clean-up was a cinch! I just felt like it was missing something taste wise. A little bland for me. I used red peppers, fresh mushrooms and squash (family doesn't like broccoli). I will definately make this again...just trying to find the right spice to give it more flavor.

Used sliced baby portabella mushrooms, onion and cauliflower for the veggies. Seasoned both sides of the chicken breast with Montreal seasoning and cooked for 40 minutes. Two words...YUMMY and HEALTHY! Clean up was a breeze too! My mind is racing now with different combinations I can use. This one will become a staple at our house!

We loved this. We made it with boneless pork chops instead of chicken, added some fresh garlic and some orange peppers too. We froze some for next time too!

This reminded me of hospital food but it was tasty and I will make it again, though with less rice. Do cook it longer than 30 minutes if you don't want any pink in your meat.
