I had high hopes for this recipe as I liked all the ingredients in it, but ended up quite disappointed! The recipe said to cook the packets for 30 minutes which i did, but when I opened the packets the chicken was VERY undercooked! We put them back in the oven for an additional 30 minutes and then everything came out cooked. The taste however was quite bland which surprised me. Needs a lot more seasoning!! Don't think I'll make this again.

It was a very good meal. I would definitely eat it on a regular basis. Very worthy addition to our list of dinnertime entrees.

Yum! Yum! Yum! I don't like to cook, but this was so simple and so good! I added a little garlic salt to flavor the chicken a bit more. It's definitely one that will become a favorite.

I made this for myself and my boyfriend. Neither of us really care for it. We both thought it was really bland. It would probably be better if it had more seasoning and you cooked it longer so the veggies would be nice and cooked. I might make this again and adjust the seasoning more. I'm not a big fan of rice and broccoli already but maybe with more seasoning it would be better.

I make this all the time now! I marinade the chicken in Worcestershire sauce and a bit of hot sauce before hand and sprinkle just a tiny bit of cheese into the rice. I don't add in the peppers but it is quite delicious and very healthy as long as we follow the recipe on the amounts of ranch and cheese.

This was great! I'll probably leave the rice out and put everything on top of it later though. It was sort of a pain.

The only thing I plan to change next time is I will not use minute rice (just because I don't care for the taste). I will cook my rice in the microwave and spoon the chicken mixture from the foil packet onto the rice.

i would definitely add more cheese! but it was great. red peppers added a great flavor.
