Meal was really good and easy. We cooked them while camping over an open fire. Added some frozen corn also since I don't have brocolli lovers.

This is a great idea! I cooked my rice beforehand. While it tasted great, it tended to stick to the foil even though it was sprayed with non-stick spray.

this is good for an easy dinner night. My husband loves it. The only thing is my rice always turns out crunchy.

This is the best left-over food I've ever had! I make about 5 packets in advance & eat them on-the-go. When you make it, be sure not to overuse the cayenne pepper! Everyone loves this recipe!

Great recipe! I have made it twice-the 2nd time I added some jalepeno pepper to the rice. I think it could still use some more flavor so will have to experiment further. Regardless, it is a good & healthy meal...the kids like it!

This was so delicious. I made sure to season the chicken with garlic salt, soak the rice for 10 minutes, added mushrooms instead of brocolli, and used one cup of ranch dressing. I also pounded the chicken breasts. Will make this again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great meal, and love the clean-up! The chicken took a little longer to cook, and would be much better if it were thinner. I added broccoli, corn and peas, giving it a little something extra. I am not a huge fan of ranch dressing, so I was not very generous with it. The second time I made it, put a little more dressing, and it was definately better. It also cooks really nicely in the toaster oven!

My family loved this meal. I added the new Kraft Light Three-Cheese Ranch along with corn. Talk about a great twist on an already wonderful recipe. This was added to my heirloom family recipe book!
