my husband doesn't even like sirloin steak, but after trying this recipe we bought more steak and marinade so I can make it again. I substituted corn with the recipe and it was really good

Pretty good, I dont like brown rice, substituted it for a noodle side.

This tasted really good. Kids ate it up! Husband wasn't a fan of vegatables. I used peas instead of broccli to satisfy him. Meat was really juicy and had lots of flavor... YUM!

My veggies turned out raw - not something either my children or I mind, but my husband left all them crunchy carrots and broccoli right on the plate.

This entire meal is absolutely fabulous. The steak is so tender, and the veggies get a delicious flavor by roasting with the steak. I don't usually like brown rice, but with this meal it was great.

Live in a loft without doors and can't have a grill. Nervous because other steak is either fried (tons of smoke, dried out) or broiler (sets fire alarm off). This was SO delicious; tender and no smoke. Tasted as if it was from a restaurant. Used mushrooms and red onion instead of other veggies. Marinated for a day.

Used regular Catalina dressing and marinated the steak for 24 hours instead of 30 minutes. The steak was tender and juicy and the veggies were great.
