I've made this twice now and it was one of the best desserts I've had both times! The only thing I'd recommend is that, based on other reviews, I used caramel sundae topping instead of melting caramels. I'm sure this makes it a lot less messy in preparation also. This tart is also best served at times when you have enough people present to eat it all in one sitting. After being in the refrigerator for a short time, the pie gets pretty "melty" and messy - still tastes great though! I suppose you could try refreezing it also.
