The pork could definatly use some seasonings, but the rest of the meal was fantastic!

My kids and I loved it... not exactly a meal for a busy weeknight, but definitely a great weekend dinner. This one's a keeper.

My family loved this. The pork was so tender. I loved the sweet potatoes and onions with the Catalina dressing. I cut my sweet potatoes into very small cubes and I also cooked them in the microwave for 3 minutes before putting them in the oven so they would cook up tender. This was so easy and delicious.

I would use baby reds next time, sweet potatos are just not the right match for this dish. I would extend the bake time of the vegi mix for a little softer texture

My family loved it! I would bake the sweet potatos a little longer though, we like them soft.

We felt the onion and sweet potato combo was really good. However, the dressing was far to dry and no flavor. Suggest following directions on the box and using margarine or butter to make it more palatable.
